These annual reports were commissioned by the management of the tanglin club for the purpose of informing their members of the yearly devel-opments within each sector. The design process for the annual report usually involves a large amount of revisions from the authors and con-tributors, hence, modularity of the design was paramount when we embarked on the projects.

TANGLIN CLUB WEBSITEThe website of the tanglin club un-derwent a major facelift in early 2011, creative direction was pro-vided for the design of the website, and together with a web develop-er, a customised content mange-ment system based on Joomla was introduced.

The department and myself were in charge of handling the website’s members’ database, as well as the updating of latest information.

WEEKLY E-NEWSLETTERAnother critical part of the tanglin club’s internet marketing endeavour, the weekly e-newsletter is sent out to all our members who have opted in to receive updates via their emails.

The e-newsletters serve as reminder for the upcoming weekly events, as well as other important updates. The template was cre-ated by myself, and the sending and track-ing of the e-newsletter was handled by the entire department.
