ALPHA MEDITATION

STEP 4: Favourite RetreatMETHOD:

Visualise your favourite place and transfer yourself mentally to that place with sounds, voices, smell, colour, etc., Feel physically and mentally relaxed. This takes you to Alpha level. Register this clearly in your mind.

STEP 5: Deep AlphaMETHOD:

Count from 10 to 1 and go to deep Alpha level. At this deep level of Alpha you will be very calm, more intuitive, more creative and extremely powerful.

TECHNIQUES:1: Manifesting your goals with Alpha

Sit with Alpha Mudra and close your eyes. Relax your body step by step, then

relax your mind and reach Alpha level.

Visualize (remembering what you have already seen) the present situation of your

problem first. Bring this very clearly to your mind. This is very important to focus

our mind on whatever we wish to change in our life.

Erase this scene from your mind.

Now using your imagination (creating in your mind which you have not already

seen), create in your mind a new scene to replace the first scene. Create this scene

like a video film to show the perfect solution that you want to manifest.

Feel that it has already started manifesting. Visualize yourself enjoying the

benefits of this manifestation. This is very important. Continue till you have

included sufficient details in this scene. Add your mental energy till you feel that

it is real and is happening.

Your subconscious mind can understand your enjoyment very well. Come out of

Alpha feeling confident that this has now manifested. Always see your goals in

the present tense.

You have now sown the seed for this goal to manifest in your life.

In your daily Alpha session visualize and mentally energise only the last frame

which shows the manifestation of the solution. You can do this everyday until it

manifests. Do not visualize the present situation again. Focus your mind on the

end result only. Do not dwell on the ways and means.

Projecting colours with Alpha energy: Colours can be projected mentally either like a beam emanating from your forehead or as a spotlight from above.

White – Calms and cleanses a person or place of all negative energies and purifies.Pink – Carries love and positive feelings to a person and makes the person more receptive and more positive towards you.Blue – Totally calms a person and heals problems like ulcer or burns where irritation and burning are experienced.Green – gives healing energy to body and mindGold – Prosperity.Violet – Spiritual energy

Healing health problems:Step 1 : Go to deep Alpha.

Step 2 : Visualize present condition of the problem. If you cannot see the problem as it

is, resort a lab report or thermometer, etc.,

Step 3 : Project green colour mentally to the affected part of the body or full body incase

of problems like fever.

Visualize any treatment that is required taking place now. Use simple imaginative

methods as treatment. For eg, if there is a tumour, just see a laser beam dissolving it or

see it being scooped out by a small spoon. At Alpha such methods work very powerfully.

Mentally send a message to the affected part or organ to function normally. For eg, in

case of diabetes, command the pancreas to produce sufficient insulin.

Step 4 : See the person in a totally healthy condition.

Step 5 : Thereafter, in your daily Alpha sessions visualize only the final scene showing

the organ or system in perfect health and energize it with Alpha energy. Do not see the

diseased condition again. Continue this until the healing takes place totally.
