• A good leading cast/ popular stars- This can play an important part in gaining audiences, example if there is a well known actor/actress people will be more compelled to

go as they know that the acting will be at a high standard. Unlike if the actor was unknown or just starting out, also many viewers may go watch the film if there favourite actor/ actress is featuring in

the film.

• A film that gives you something to think about- Important to gain a response or perspective, might controversial or social issues. Get stimulation.

• Good soundtrack- Music that goes with the action, or connects well with the mood. Instantly attracts attention.
