The Natwest Moorgate flagship project, one of the client’ key sites and most ambitious RBS projects in England. A £2.4m com-plete renovation and expansion of a listed building located in the City of London. The project involved a complete alteration of the layout with the addition of a mezzanine level and a secondary entrance. The continued incorporation of last minute demands and changes was one of the main challenges the project manager, site manager and myself had to deal with. I ran the project from feasibility to its suc-cessful handover being the coordi-nator of the architects team at all times.

Ideation process
Revitalization of a degra-ded area through the realization of a large cultural public market comple-tely open to the city. The main idea is to promote the pu-blic space to the maximum, it being returned to the citizen. In order to achieve this, there is not any kind of architectural barrier, enchancing the multiplicity of spaces and inter-personal relationships.Urban development conditions very limited with regards to building hei-ght and the existence of a former gasholder in disuse.
