The Final Layout of the updated Masterplan for Yun-tolovo area is driven by the principles of efficiency and complexity, mobility, nature, diversity and flexi-ble standadized architecture.
The proposal is originated form a homogeneous and isotropic grid as a basic structure in order to enhan-ce efficiency and the standardization of the urban system as well as the housing blocks. In this way the grid defines a set of plots with standardized dimen-sions (approximately 70% of the whole Masterplan).
Each one of this plots can be developed indepen-dently depending on program, solar light and phy-sical conditions.
The Public Open Spaces System is planned to achie-ve maximum habitability, establishing the right con-ditions of comfort, accessibility, health and safety. The strategies involved here include keeping built development as compact as possible and preserving water flows in order to the create an ecological net-work as well as sustainable use of water resources.

In terms of innovation and efficiency, the proposal is based in two basic ideas under the framework of 75x75 grid. The concept “Fractal Block City” as the integration within different scalar systems, and the “Mother Block” as the formation of infinite different urban blocks on the bases of few sections and certain fix housing types, are both the guiding principles of this proposal.
Fundamentally the block is set as the basic element and land plot of the urban tissue, as well as the prime unit of the modular strategy. Our block states the basic
module of 75x75 metres for being the most suitable proportion studied in order to fulfill the requirements of the construction of a real smart city: optimal sun ex-posure, optimal number of apartments for both cons-truction and commercial phasing and 50x50 m private courtyard. Implementing the housing block concept, the 16 di-fferent housing types required by the client have been carefully design and classified considering size and number of dependencies.

oftheir privileged position in the watchtower of Punta Llisera emerge from the rock three periscopes obser-vatories mode where you can raise the point of view and see more perspective surrounding reality: on one side the city; the other, the Natural Park of theSierra Gelada and between this, the blue Mediterranean Sea.
From within each periscope reality shows framed as if it were a painting. The view is lost in the horizon, the light intensifies, the senses are sharpened, the wind feels and sounds. Time stops for a moment.

To carry a flashlight or light a lamp in the midest of the darkness, besides being able to see, the guy gets displayed, become visible. In this manner, the pro-posed architecture is not intended to hide or be ove looked, wants to be a milestone, a new benchmark in the Mediterranean, showing that at night guiding light for sailors and as a claim to the observer from the city.
The proposed new location not only desire to be seen, but, as a viewpoint that is, you need to make sense of the act of looking and observing. That is why, aware

Being an office building with such a very present structure in the interior and exterior walls, the inter-vention has been the greatest effort in the elimination of those elements that could not let clearly reading both from access as in communications or spaces.
In this sense, the intervention on the entrance atrium becomes in one of the most important rehabilitation operations , giving all the attention to space, light and to colors unification and materials, so that through its scale identify the representativeness of the brand.
On ‘Palmera Avenue’, the main artery of the city, stands this office complex built in the 80s which was acquired by law firm for its new headquarters.
Before the reform the building had some access, public spaces, interior layout and an inappropriate image for the current needs of the brand in terms of functionality and space distribution, requiring further conditioning and incorporating the latest building te-chnologies and image according to the professionali-zed profile of the office.

In reply to the complete program proposed and the complexity of relationships between each one of the laboratories that must accommodate the building, come up the idea of working with a basic, primary and present in the origins of human life: the chromosome.
Starting with a core in-centromere-chromosomes, arise four short and long arms, which help to link areas that must necessarily be communicated and at the same time, they should be isolated from other activities.
In this way, a complex task begins assemblage of parts, generating a building where relationships occur, mainly, in horizontal layers.
The vegetation is strained between chromoso-me arms, emerging at different heights or different courtyards, creating varying degrees of privacy. The relationship of the building with the environment is reflected in the composition of the facade by lamas skin inspired by some work by the Spanish artist Pablo Palazuelo.

Among landscapes of citrus and olive trees, the Hospi-tal is inserted in a significantly irregular terrain parcel that currently houses the sports fields of the village. The topography presents an explanation for sports, and an escarpment at the southern end of the parcel expecting absolute differences over seven meters.
The traditional architecture of whitewashed buildings, pitched roofs and the typical constructions of the pla-ce, called “terraos”, with chimneys have been the re-ference for the project.
The functional areas of the building are arranged around the diagnostic area, the heart of the project. The main circulation revolves around this central area.
From the main lobby access born two main routes open to patients, users and workers. Sorrounding Area attached to Diagnose and pedestrian routes are available for free space relationship. Three elonga-ted courtyards of various sizes, which are used for lighting and ventilation of spaces that require them, around which are arranged the other functional areas.

CHURCH AND PARISH CENTER in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz. Spain

The architect Miguel Fisac, years ago described the churches as “sacred air pieces”. In this way, the main thrust of the proposal is simply to try to capture the sacred air, which invites reflection, melancholy and the spiritual quest and encounter with what either one believe.
Thus arises that look into the types convent cloisters where air and silence reigns. The courtyard is the hearth of this Parish Social Center. It can become a place of connection, celebration or meditation.
The project is not only a meeting place for the religious community; at the same time it becomes a civic cen-ter for the surrounding residential area to supply the lack of equipment in this place. In this way, it becomes independent access to the sacred spaces and access to the classrooms, multipurpose room and courtyard.
This altar, main place of the celebration, becomes a link between the indoor chapel and the outdoor cha-pel which is designed for religious celebrations in the evenings of summer.

KINDERGARTEN in Alcalá del Río, Seville. Spain
At the edge of the escarpment from where Alcala del Rio looks to the Seville countryside, lies this proposal for a kindergarten. The chosen scenario is due to the need to reorganize the city and to value this degraded area that has a very interesting landscape.
The kindergarten is inserted into the urban fabric with the intention of blocking the square. It aims to rede-fine the boundaries of this area of the city and create new public spaces that allow the traveler to stop and observe the river and countryside.
The gap is used to introduce the different uses of the program. Access to the kindergarten is from an in-termediate level. It is organized around a courtyard, as in traditional Andalusian architecture. The access ramp to the classrooms and permanent contact with the landscape are two of the key elements of the pro-posal.
The lowest level, due to topography, is used to expand the program and introduce multipurpose rooms to ad-dress the lack of public facilities in the city.
