Giải thưởng được trao cho các cá nhân có thể hiện xuất sắc được đánh giá qua các Giá trị của công ty, và cho các đội nhóm/dự án đem lại kết quả cao trong việc phát triển kinh doanh, nhãn hiệu hoặc tổ chức

Các đề cử được các Trưởng bộ phận xác nhận và Tổng Giám Đốc là người xét duyệt cho những đề cử thành công

Giải thưởng được trao hàng năm vào ngày Tiệc Cuối Năm

Áp dụng cho toàn bộ nhân viên chính thức


An honor award to celebrate exceptional achievements across the company

Award is given to Individuals who excellently demonstrate AkzoNobel values and Teams/ Projects that deliver high impact results in building the business, the brands or the organization that support the company strategy

Nominations are made by Head of Department and approval is finalized by General Manager

Award is given on an annual basisin the Year-end Gala Dinner

Applied to all PE employees

Chương trình được áp dụng để động viên:Hành vi an toànThực hiện tốt cam kết an toànBáo cáo Near-miss tốt trong thángÝ tưởng/sáng kiến để cải thiệnThực hiện HSE&S tại khu vực làm việc (bao gồm cả sáng kiến Kaizen)

Trưởng phòng và Quan sát viên BBS sẽ nhận được Thank you coin từ phòng HSE&S and trao tặng cho nhân viên

Đồng xu Thank you coins có thể đổi để lấy những món quà an toàn “đặc biệt” trong tủ quà tặng an toàn hoặc các ý tưởng/sáng kiến tốt nhất có thể được áp dụng sẽ được lựa chọn để thưởng cho mỗi tháng

A program to encourage/complement employee for compliance to HSE&S and having innovative ideas for HSE&S topics

Program is to encourage: Safety behaviors Good execution of Safety Pledge Good monthly Near-miss report Innovative ideas Apply HSE&S in the working areas (including Kaizen

ideas)

Managers & BBS Observers will be received Thank you coin from HSE&S and award to employee whenever seeing right behaviors as above

Coin can be exchanged by gift and innovative ideas which applicable will be selected on monthly basic for prize
