Please read through these instructions to setup email on your device. What is the AirWatch MDM Agent? The AirWatch Agent provides WhiteWave with the ability to quickly enroll, configure and update device settings on all company provided mobile devices. The agent also provides a means to enforce security policies and compliance, secure mobile access to corporate resources (i.e. email and calendaring).

Note: All Company Provided Mobile Devices must have AirWatch MDM Agent installed. Prerequisites:

Have your Windows Live ID ready. To obtain one please go to: https://signup.live.com

Know your internet email address (i.e. john.smith@whitewave.com.com)

Know your current login network password

Think of a 4-digit PIN (numbers only) to be your device lock passcode. (This will be needed each time you access your device after a 10 minute idle time)

Step 1 Open the Windows Phone Store and search for “Air Watch MDM Agent” and select the app, once you have selected the app press “INSTALL”, you will be prompted “Allow access to locations” select allow at the bottom. You will then be prompted to login using you “Windows LIVE ID” if you are not already logged in.

Step 2 Once you have completed the download, Go to the App Center OPEN the Air Watch MDM Agent and enter in your WhiteWave email address and press Continue. Enter in your Username and Password and press “Next” Username: firstname.lastname Password: Welcome1

Step 3 You will now be prompted to select Device Ownership, tap the Device Ownership – Press on None to expand, then tap Corporate - Dedicated below None, (press Employee Owned if you are participating in the BYOD and are using your one device) and then press Next. After reading the Terms of Use press Accept. You will now be prompted to complete enrollment Press the “Copy” button next to server name and write down the password.

Step 4 Scroll from the top down to get to the menu and select - all settings, scroll up and select - workplace then press - Add account - Type in your WWF email address – first.last@whitewave.com

Step 5 After typing in your email address – paste the server information copied earlier into the - server field – select the sign in button. Put a check mark in the Show password box and type in the password you wrote down in step 3 and press - sign in - You will now get - Account added screen.

Step 6 You will now be prompted to create a new password – this password will be used to unlock your device. Setup password by pressing – set and press done to complete – From the home screen press the new – Exchange Active Sync Icon

Step 7 You will now see the – Exchange ActiveSync account info is incorrect – Erase the password and type in your current Windows network password – Press Save – and it will start downloading your WWF email.

Step 8 To delete the old email account go to: – All Setting – Email + Accounts and delete their EB Farm account there.
