H Airport Crossing Warehouse includes 4 state of the art buildings that are being designed and built targeting LEED Core and Shell Certification. Phase 1, Building 1 (202,000 sf) and Building 2 (89,600 sf) are complete and are now 90% leased. Phase 2, Building 3 (150,100 sf) and Building 4 (96,000 sf) are under construction and will be completed in the Spring of 2018.
