In place of wet-type dust collection equipment, an eco-friendly dry dust collection equipment (LDF) is introduced to demonstrate energy-saving effects. Powder dusts collected on the drum-type filter surface are automatically cleaned.
Regenerative automatic air filters are recommended for paper dust problems such as paper duct collection at the roller part of paper machine, winder, ply making machine, inter-holder tissue machine, etc., collection of paper pieces and paper dust at the slitter part of paper board, cardboard, etc., exhaust from vacuum conveyers to manufacture napkins, etc. Please also consult with us for suction plenum.

High temperature measure /cooling and heating / ventilationExample of spot cooling constructionat a high-temperature factory (cardboard factory)
The work environment in a high-temperature factory(paper/cardboard factory, iron foundry, dyehouse, etc.) is severe, reaching 40~50℃ in summertime.Do you feel fatigue if working under a commercial spot cooler?It is because the excessive difference between the outlet temperature of a coolerand the temperature in the factory (20~30℃), and the thermoregulation functionof a human body cannot keep up with it (environmental stress). We propose to limit the temperature difference by using an air washerand at the same time increase the air volume. In particular, we create a comfortable workenvironment not to cause fatigue, by utilizing the most effective air flow to the factoryenvironment with a high load of radiation.

Clean outside air conditioner
Cleaning and positive pressurization measure(mainly for coiling and slitter air)

We propose outside air conditioners to enclose a line with partitions(steel insulating panels, vinyl curtains, etc.) and introduce outside air.
●Want positive pressurization by introducing outside air → Air supply unit with automatic insect-proof filters●Need constant temperature/humidity regulation throughout the year → Air supply unit with automatic insect-proof filters + air washer + heater, etc.●Also need cleaning → Combination of pre-filter, medium efficiency filter, and high efficiency filter
High temperature measure (mainly for dry areas)
We recommend zone air-conditioning by evaporative cooling with an air washeras a high temperature measure in the line. Air closer to wet-bulb temperature(around 27℃ in this case) can be created by evaporative cooling of water with an air washerat the time of 35℃ outside temperature.

In the spunbond manufacturing process, melted high-temperature resins are discharged from the nozzleand at the same time cooled by cool air (quench air) to become thin fibers. The outlet of this cool air is called a quench chamber. A quench chamber we propose hasthe following characteristics.
●Constant air speed at the outlet: ±10 of average air speed●Low pressure loss : Approximately 160Pa when the air speed at the outlet is 0.5m/s. Approximately 350Pa when the air speed at the outlet is 1.0m/s.
Fume suction hoodOily smoke (oligomer, fume)is generated when meltedhigh-temperature resins aredischarged in the spunbondmanufacturing process. We also design and manufacturesuction hoods to absorb this fume.
