Create your AIESEC story!


During September and October AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan was recruiting students for International Internship

Program. OGX team of AIESEC Bishkek and UUB were making presentations in 20 universities of Bishkek. For

the first time we did promo stands in 10 universities and it showed how AIESEC Internships are interesting for

students.

The Coordinators of OGX GCDP teams: Nargiza Zhamalbekova (Bishkek) and Cholpon Turganbaeva (UUB)

are managing recruitment process. From behalf of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan we want to say: Thank you all, who is

working in OGX sphere and we wish you to have a great Business Games + Interviews and to recruit the most

delicious EPs whom we will match in no time at all.

Welcome to one of the most important areas in the whole AIESEC network –

Incoming Exchange Department!

Firstly, I would like to congratulate our elected Team Leaders in @ Bishkek - Ajara for iGIP Coordinator,

Aijan for Matching Coordinator and Aselya for Reception Coordinator. These 3 brave girls in cooperation

with LCVP iGCDP Tanzilya will lead teams of young motivated students to deliver life-changing experience

to 100 interns from all over the world! Girls already started to work on project "BOOM", which will be

running in January-February with participation of 20 EPs!

And of course beloved elected iGCDP coordinator in @ Manas - Zeinep! As OCP of "Share your smile"

project, Zeinep and her team successfully completed first stage of the project with intern from Japan Shoko,

who has left back to homecountry in September.

Sultan - member of AIESEC Bishkek, was appointed as OCP for ICX National Project.

Congrats on our new team leaders! I'm sure, you will have amazing experience!

I really believe that everyone is inspired to work hard to achieve ICX results for term 12/13.

Every Friday, at 5.30pm at office we have ICX meeting/training. Now there are about 8 people working in

ICX and we are looking for more cool people!

This September we had brainstorming session, SWOT analysis for ICX and ideas for Projects. And we really

want to host 100 interns in our lovely Kyrgyzstan!

Member’s recruitment and selection

After more than 150 interviews at the moment we selected around 40 new students who already actively participate in AIESEC life! So now in general we have 70 active AIESEC members! From TM side I want to say, that my expectations came true! We selected true people who want to change something in their life and benefit society.

After recruitment process and selection we had a first training series for our members which aim to increase the knowledge in all areas that exist in AIESEC. Trainers of AIESEC “SCHOOL” were our “Delicious MC Team” and special guests!

We had amazing Welcome Party for our new members and MCP of Kazakhstan Brett, in New York Pizza! Funny Games, delicious pizza, bier and great people made this evening awesome! Thanks Aizhan Ismailova for the perfectly organized event! We are waiting for more such events after a hard day!

want to work in AIESEC more, since this is the only organization that will help me to develop myself

Before the project or even AIESEC I everytime think about how I can get a work in WORLD BANK after university. (P.s. WB is my goal!) I searched many ways to achieve it before I joined AIESEC. And my vision or mind have been changed at that moment. I found out many thing in AIESEC: leadership, real team, true vision on current life in our country, social work, especially about WB! I found out that the majority of collaborators in the bank are AIESEC'ers. Yeah, it is really cool that AIESEC'ers have such a great opportunity, it is good chance to achieve my goal.

So my answer ''why did I choose OCP position?" is my developing, my success, my changing and certainly my time in AIESEC with wonderful and crazy people.I want to say one thing (especially to my OC team, to MY CRAZY LC TEAM, TO ALL AIESECERS) IF YOU WANNA SMTH, IF YOU HAVE A AGOAL, YOU CAN GET IT!
