Being on AIESEC Moldova MC

Being on AIESEC Moldova MC is one of the most challenging experience you will find in AIESEC. And it really difficult to explain in this booklet and I will really recommend you to take your time and talk to each and everyone on the team to know there stories and how this experience has shaped everyone individually.

MC Conditions

• AIESEC in Moldova MC 2016-2017 term officially starts on July 1st, 2016 and ends on June 30st 2017.

• The MC House is located in the capital city Chisinau.• MC transition starts immediately after elected. Transition period

for the MC team 2016-2017 physically starts on May 1st, 2016 and lasts till June 30st, 2016. Full participation in transition period is mandatory

• MC term requires full commitment as a full-time job – to be discussed with MCP.

• Work load – 40 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday are days off (except for the weekends of Conferences and special events)

• International representation in IC, IPM and MCP Summits

Working and Living Conditions

• The salary is based on the financial sustainability of the entity.

•Accommodation is covered.

• Travel costs and fees for national conferences and local entity visits - covered based on the financial sustainability of the entity.

• Full or partial coverage of costs and number of participants for international meetings are agreed after the selection process is complete.

Requirements and Understanding

• Any current member of AIESEC Moldova or any other AIESEC entity is eligible to apply for Member Committee.

• Held a leadership position for at least half of a year at the time of submitting the application for MC.

• Have adequate English knowledge

• MC candidates apply for being members of the Member Committee, not for only a concrete position. MC candidates are encouraged to apply for more than one area - filling in the specific Questions section of the Application Form for more than one area.

Application Requirements• Application: Don’t exceed more than 10 pages for the application that doesn’t include Profile questionnaire, blank paper challenge and cover page.

• Curriculum Vitae (Up to two Pages) with your experiences outside of AIESEC (jobs, volunteering, internships, etc.)

• Biography (Your life and background, no more than one page)

• For examples on how a biography can be structured, please check out the following:

• Endorsement Letters (Minimum 3)

• One(1) , from your Home entity’s MC.

• One (1), from the person who has lead you.

• One (1) from someone you are leading or lead in previous terms.

• Note: Each of those letters has to be signed by the person you have chosen.

• Video : No longer than 4 minutes, introducing yourself, stating your vision for AIESEC in Moldova and your motivation for applying. Please upload the video to YouTube and include the link in your application.

Application Requirements

• Deadline Application Package must be sent before Monday, Monday 7, 2016 at 23:59 (GMT +2) to Nikhil Ghaisas ( [email protected]) AIESEC in Moldova ( [email protected] ) and Elections Manager Anya ([email protected]) as one package (zip folder) containing all .pdf documents. Applications sent after the deadline will not be taken into consideration. That is why it is highly recommend sending your application a a day in advance. As these documents will be made available to the network, network, applications must be submitted in English. Specific (iGCDP)

1. Analyze the current state of iGCDP in each LC and IG. Please list reasons for achievements and non-achievements. What is your projection of growth for each LC? Based on this what would be your way of leading commission and giving them direction.

2. Who are the main stakeholders of iGCDP in AIESEC in Moldova? What expectations do they have and how can we ensure their satisfaction? What strategic partnerships you think can bring growth to iGCDP in the term 2016/2017?

3. Structure 2 iGCDP projects that can be relevant for Moldovan society. Don’t limit yourself to educational projects and feel free to gather GCPs from LCs all over the world. Don’t forget to mention possible type of partners, financial conditions and sustainability, and period of realization.

4. Structure, as specific as possible, the ideal knowledge center for a VP ICX identifying all the topics that need to be covered there, platform and how would you ensure its delivery in synergy with TM/OD.

1. What should be in your opinion 3 main priorities for this position? What initiatives would you propose for each priority and what results would you like to see in each of those priorities by the end of your term?

2. How can you ensure a high quality exchange program for trainees and companies? How would you like the best process-scenario for providing such a program? How will you track it?

3. Please build detailed description of national iGIP strategies for the next term. Explain the strategies and create an implementation plan. Please include goal, timeline, strategies with objectives and MoS, etc.

4. How would you work on synergy with other functional areas that are necessary for iGIP? What will be the main priorities for each functional area?

1. Assess all LCs and IGs in oGCDP, oGIP and oGE? What were the main achievements and the main bottlenecks? What would be your proposal for all the entities in order to ensure sustainable growth in desired focus programs for every LC/IG?

2. Assess the current Entity 2 Entity partnerships for outgoing programs. Which countries would you propose for our entity partners, for which sub-products/ master-issues and why? What are the quantifiable results you would expect from these partnerships?

3. Design a national oGCDP project. Explain the project in details and create an implementation plan. Please include goal, timeline, strategies with objectives and MoS, etc.

4. Based on the current state, what main strategies do you propose to achieve leadership in every experience in OGX for AIESEC in Moldova?

1. Choose 3 global brands: what can AIESEC learn from them in the context of their Public Relations and Marketing strategy?

2. Design a national campaign to reach 15,000 online users, non-AIESECers, to participate in AIESEC´s programs. Consider goal, target audience, channel and message.

3. How do you plan to establish AIESEC in Moldova as the credible and relevant youth voice in the universities communities and also in the business environment? Please define B2C and B2B strategies.

2.As there was absence of VP BD on national level how will you design the products based on the current market realities and what additional products would you implement to engage our partners in a more strategic and impactful way? State at least 4.

3. Besides the full delivery of contracted services, what do you consider are the other “must do’s” in order to ensure satisfaction, sustainability and growth of a national partnership?

3. The financial situation of AIESEC in Moldova is challenging. Display three key strategies for your term to improve the situation. Specify why you consider them as priority, how the implementation will look like and what are the expected outcomes of the actions you set both in a short and in a long run.

4. How do you see the role of the financial area (both national and local level) in the term 16-17? According to this role, what would be the ideal Finance Department of AIESEC in Moldova (with structure, roles and responsibilities)?
