Hello Brave applicant,

First of all I would love to express that I am so proud of you in taking this bold step to apply for AIESEC in Ethiopia MC VP for the term 15/16. I remember when I started on this amazing learning journey 6 months ago as MCVP in AIESEC in Ethiopia. It has been very challenging and at the same time my most rewarding experience so far.

The true work of improving things is in the little achievements of the day. For me each and every step that I took as MC VP has developed me personally and professionally. Organizational de-velopment, strategic and analytical thinking and risk taking are some of my key learnings in this experience. Starting from living with other 6 people my current amazing team to the LC VPs and other members I have worked with; Each encounter has inspired me and transformed me as a person. And that is why this is important for me to give back equal life changing expe-riences to other youth through leading the MC team for next term. I also believe that the term 15/16 will be one of the most amazing productive and game changer years of AIESEC in Ethio-pia. This term is the final year of AIESEC 2015; our midterm ambition and the spring board for AIESEC 2020- the next higher step to achieving our vision. We have our game face on; to make this happen and leave our foot prints on. But we will need you on this journey with us to steer up our jump to achieving our ambitious goals through developing our members, branding the entity locally or globally and collaborative performance for the growth of our region. We work together, we grow together. This entity will be your home where you will feel safe and part of and will be a very good choice of platform where you can and will develop yourself.

Finally I would love to encourage you to start today, challenge yourself and add up on your achievements by applying. Taking this step will help you not only develop yourself, but also pos-itively impact the youth of Ethiopia and enable them to be change makers that the world needs them to be. I hope to see your application soon.

Best of luck.
