    I. Objectives

    At the end of the session, students should be able to:

     Describe aquaculture;

     Give the characteristics of fish suitable for pond culture;

     Identify the different aspects or phases of fish culture;

     Cite some programs and activities that help increase the supply of fish in

    the country.

    II. Essential Understanding

     Fish culture as aspect of aquaculture is the answer to increase food

    production of the country.

     Proper knowledge and understanding about fish culture will help improve

    economic status of life and of the community and of the country.

    III. Essential Questions

  •  How can fishing business improve the status of life and economy of the

    country?

     Why is it necessary to adapt or introduce new technology in fish culture?

    IV. Summary of the Episode

    The episode discusses about fish culture, proper ways and technology used

    to increase fish production.

    V. Pre-Viewing (Motivation)

    Before watching the episode, ask the students if they can identify the picture of the

    following sample of fishes.

    This is activity will the students to become familiar with the common fishes we usually

    see in the market.

    The teacher can ask the students the following questions:

    3. Describe the taste. Give the nutritional value of your favorite fish.

     Crop production is very important to ensure steady supply of fruit,

    vegetables, and raw materials for clothing, medicine and shelter.

     Proper knowledge and understanding about crop production will help us

    improve the economic status of life, community and country.

     How can we ensure stable production of crops?

     Production of good quality livestock depends on understanding the

    knowledge and fundamental principles and practices in animal

    production.

    XX. Summary of the Episode

    The episode will provide us with information about raising livestock and

    poultry business; it also discusses the principles of feeding farm animals,
