In effect the model is little circuit in a little toy (Duplo) cube. The circuit contains diodes, transistor, LED and resistances. If a stimulus arrives in the stimulating input, then the LED lights and comes up voltage in the output. If a stimulus arrives in the obstructive input, then the LED lights no more and there is any voltage in the output.

There’s 3 types of nerve-cells in biology, and we’ve got three kinds of models too. These are the sensory nerve cell (these are photo, thermo and sound sensitive ), the intermediate (relay) nerve cell and the motor nerve cell (in this there’s really a little motor).

The voltage in the stimulating input is less as the stimulus threshold (=opening voltage), the LED doesn’t light

From this ready nerve cell models we built a chain that begins with sensory nerve cell, then come 3-4 intermediate nerve cells and at the end a motor nerve cell.

But there’s an important missing element without our model couldn’t be a good nervous system model. This is called brain at the full-blown organisms. Our model is the computer. It could make a decission with a program in Microsoft Windows Logo. The subject of the ready model is Garfield, the lazy cat. Normally it dreams about a very big hamburger. If there’s something changing in its surround, its dream is changing by this effect. So in case of sound, it’s dreaming about a clock, in case of warm that’s a hearth, and in case of light its dream is Sun. At the end of the experiment Garfield wake up and go to the window to make dark.
