Mr. Clay T. Whitehead
Director
Office of Telecommunications Policy
The White House
Room 770
Washington, D. C.
Dear Mr. Whitehead:
Bud Rogers told me of your kind acceptance of our invitation
to appear at our 16th Annual Management Meeting at La Costa.
I am attaching copies of our agenda and guest list for your
information. If it suits your convenience, we would plan a
session with you and Mr. Goldberg right after lunch on
Monday, January 8th, with as much time as you can spare.
I know that all our own people and the other guests will be
most interested in the session. If this should not work in
with your plan, please let me know and we can easily
rearrange.
Reservations for you and Mr. Goldberg have been made for
the night of Sunday, January 7th. If you can stay over Monday
