MentorsRequirements:•Submit a Fingerprint Card to your local police department for a background check (Cost $5.00)•Submit a signed Mentor Release Statement•Show proof of a Negative Tuberculin Test. If you are considered high risk*, the test must be negative within the past year•Be willing to mentor for a minimum of 1 year (preferably more)
