    1. Indledning

    Jeg er ansat som underviser og koordinator for vores EUD GF21 forløb på IBC i Kolding,

    derudover varetager jeg en funktion som elevcoach - vejleder for unge med ondt i livet.

    Min baggrund er fra det private erhvervsliv, inden for marketing og jeg har mit sidste job som

    marketingchef gennemført en AU i ledelse. Jeg underviser p.t. i afsætning, organisation og

    event.

    Som koordinator på EUD GF2, er en stor del af mit ansvar at igangsætte tiltag, både på klasse

    og individniveau, som kan sikre at så mange som muligt genn
