Eaton is the leading global supplier of hydraulic power generation and fl uid distribu-tion components and systems. The world’s most comprehensive systems portfolio includes standard and higher-pressure engine-driven pumps, hydraulic motor-driven generators, AC/DC electric motor-driven pumps, hydraulic power transfer units, fl uid control components and systems and a broad array of fl uid distribu-tion hoses, tubing, fi ttings, couplings, con-nectors and clamps all designed to exceed customer require-ments.

Today, Eaton hydraulic systems are found on the most modern air-craft platforms from the Embraer Phenom 100 very light business jet to the Beechcraft Hawker 4000 all-composite business jet, to the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II. Eaton’s hydraulic systems can also

be found on the combat-proven Boeing C-17 Globe-master III, the Bell/Boeing V-22 (the world’s most versatile troop carrier), as well as the Airbus A380 which is the world’s largest commercial passenger aircraft.

Eaton was the fi rst company to develop and deliver higher-pressure hydraulic systems currently operating on many military platforms and applied that experience to design the fi rst 5000-psi hydraulic system for a commercial aircraft to reduce overall component and system volume and weight. And, Eaton continues to develop and design higher-pressure hydraulic components that offer worldwide customers systems that can reduce overall platform weight, increase fuel effi ciency and improve overall perfor-mance and reliability.

With more than 50 years’ experience and products installed on virtually every major program, Eaton is the world leader in delivering reliable, effi cient fuel sys-tems for today’s commercial and military aircraft and aero-engine programs. Eaton’s aerospace port-folio includes fuel pumps, valves, sensors, and acces-sories, as well as all the components to build fuel conveyance and delivery sub-systems from the tank to the engine.

Eaton works with commer-cial and military customers in the early stages of program concept, exploring fuel system design and systems integration. The company offers excellent fuel systems test capabilities and simula-tion tools to support new program developments, and can test individual components and fuel sub-systems over a wide range of fl ight envelope conditions.

Major customers include large aircraft OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Agusta/Westland, Lockheed Martin, and Bombardier,

as well as Very Light Jet (VLJ) manufacturers like Eclipse, ATG, Adams, Diamond, and Ayres.

Most European and North American military platforms, including jet fi ghters, large transports, helicopters, and unmanned aircraft, use Eaton fuel system products.

Eaton is the world leader in high-pressure main engine fuel pumps and related components used on large jet engines, helicopters, turboprops, and business aircraft. The company designs, manufac-tures, and supports engine fuel delivery products for all of the major aero-engine manufacturers, including GE, P&W, Rolls-Royce, CFM International, Williams, and Hispano Suiza.

Eaton also provides products and services to airport operators and military bases for fuel delivery, and is the world’s largest manufacturer of hydro-mechanical and digital equipment for the aviation refueling industry.

Eaton is a leading designer, manufac-turer and supplier of a broad range of proven and highly reliable hydraulic and electro-mechanical motion and control components and systems for a variety of aerospace and marine applications around the world. Our actuation product applications include second-

ary fl ight control, door actuation systems, fl ow control, and landing gear and nose wheel steering systems.

Every component and inte-grated package is custom-engineered to meet the customer’s specifi c actuation motion and control requirements. Key OEMs who rely on Eaton motion control technology include Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Cessna, Embraer, General Dynamics, Gulfstream, Lockheed Martin, NASA and Northrop Grumman.

Eaton is the fi rst choice for cockpit interface controls and sub-systems that range from life-of-the-aircraft LED switches to integrated array control panels capable of operating in a wide range of temperature and humidity extremes with a variety of mounting options.

Eaton’s cockpit interface and circuit protection port-folio includes a generic and customized highly reliable group of cockpit control units and modules, circuit break-ers with arc-fault detection capabilities, relays, toggle switches, incandescent and LED-powered advanced push-button avionic switches, illuminated integrated array display panels, integrated

keyboard and annunciator panels, night vision compat-ible control fi lters and power and load management sub-systems engineered to meet every customers’ require-ments worldwide.

Eaton cockpit components and packages are found on-board platforms and systems manufactured by Airbus, Boeing, Bell/Boeing, Bell Helicopter, Bombardier, Em-braer, Gulfstream, Honeywell and Lockheed Martin. Eaton developed cockpit control technology for China’s ARJ21 business jet and the new Em-braer Phenom 100 very light business jet.
