TOS Project management and implementation supervision
The implementation of a Terminal Operating System (TOS) concerns the entire organization of a termi-nal: the operations department, the administration, the accounting department, the commercial de-partment and the technical services. To reduce risks and make sure that the project gets implemented within time and budget, a solid project management approach is required to make sure the supplier delivers the agreed upon system (scope).Besides the involvement of the internal organization, the customers are also concerned when imple-menting a terminal operating system.
