Diversity and inclusion activities, on or off campus***

Increase your knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion by participating in opportunities on your campus and in your community. For each activity you complete, you can report it for 10 points.

Mindfulness activities

Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment to reduce stress. Engage in a mindfulness activity on or off-campus, like yoga, seated or standing meditation, meditative walking or any other form of meditation. Activities can be self-reported in the Wellness Portal.

Personal Health Assessment (PHA)

Complete a Personal Health Assessment in the Cerner Wellness Portal. The information from your PHA will be used to help you understand your current health and potential risks, and may also be used to offer you services through the wellness program. You also are encouraged to share your results or concerns with your own doctor.

* Your Wellness Incentive earnings will be taxed and voluntary retirement contributions will be deducted, just like with other earnings.
