Two ways to contribute◦ Voluntary payment to offset carbon emissions associated
to travel from the region to the GP – focused mainly at organizations sponsoring travel
◦ Voluntary participation in offsetting activities in Thailand together with NGOs and CBOs – focused mainly at organizations and individuals who cannot pay
UNISDR role◦ UNISDR to make the link for direct payments to NGOs and
CBOs doing carbon offsetting work in Thailand◦ UNISDR to also acknowledge those who voluntary offset
travel through a sticker for their GP badges What is requested from IAP
