Xtra Life LYCRA® Fiber resists fabric breakdown more than 5 times longer than your average chlorine-resistant spandex. Fiber breakage can cause fabric breakdown very quickly. Swimwear garments using Xtra Life LYCRA® Fiber have no significant fiber breakage even after 240 hours of exposure.

The colours in yellow marked as POLYESTER have been manufactured using a polyester fiber to achieve the highest colourfastness values technically possible for these colours.

UPF 50+ Bright Polyester Xtra Life LYCRA® yarn technology, offers greater Chlorine resistance,

wearability and shape retention than fabrics made with ordinary Elastane. Combined with the

natural benefits of a Polyester, this sublimation base is hard wearing, quick drying and has

maximum durability. Creating a bright crisp printed finish, whilst still holding its shape and

retention, this fabric meets the highest quality standards for sublimation technology.

SUBLIMATION BASES

UPF 50+ Subli-Sport Polyester is a warp knit non-transparent fabric containing ceramic core

technology. The Polyester yarn contains ceramic within the central core of its filaments. This

technology prevents the “see-through” effect, in turn creating a UV blocking fabric. Due to the

yarn construction, it also creates a cooling effect by reflecting the heat rays, thus keeping the

wearer cool and refreshed. Subli-Sport is the perfect solution for sublimation printing when

working with large white area’s due to the non-transparent effect it creates.

UPF 50+ Jersey Lomellina’s Polyester LYCRA® fine gauge circular knit fabric, offers a smooth

second skin sublimation base, including unique performance benefits. Olympic is soft and

comfortable, yet strong enough to assist in muscle control, whilst still being a quick drying, hard

wearing ultra flat Polyester, with a perfect fit due to Invista’s LYCRA® technology. Creating a high

quality print base with minimum grin through due to the technology of a fine gauge knit.

Subli-Air 2.0 cooling and wicking Polyester sports eyelet withstands high

temperatures of sublimation printing, whilst still holding its body and shape creating an

Due to the cooling and wicking Polyester content, Subli-Air 2.0 not only has an effective quick

drying and cooling performance feature, is also hardwearing, pilling resistant and easy care, which

is an essential requirement for the sportswear industry.

The eyelet construction of Subli-Air 2.0 creates a natural airflow, cooling the wearer whilst still

holding its shape and retention due to the high Elastane content.



Spider, the innovative bi-elastic micro mesh by Carvico, features both great stretch and

breathability, and ensures at the same time maximum comfort and perfect fit. Its special

structure makes it extremely moisture wicking so that your skin will stay fresh and dry while you
