Precautions
• Do not clean the camera with chemicals or solvents such as cleaning solutions or detergents.
• Do not expose the camera to magnetic fields, such as electrical motors or magnets.
• Do not expose the camera to high or low temperatures. The normal operating temperature of the camera is 0ºC to 40ºC (32F to 104F).High temperatures can shorten the lifespan of electronic devices and extremely high/low temperatures will shorten the battery life and/or degrade the plastic components
• Overcharging the battery can damage the battery and shorten the battery life.
• Before you start recording with the camera, format the memory card in the settings menu or on a computer to avoid potential camera or card malfunctions. Memory cards should be formatted regularly to avoid potential camera or card malfunctions.
• If dust or dirt is on the camera or on its lens, use a soft, clean and dry cloth to wipe away debris gently.
• Take care and prevent water or sand particles from entering the housing. Water, sand particles and dust containing salt may cause damage.
• Do not use a cloth to wipe sand particles. Gently blow them away then wipe the camera with a soft cloth.

Charging The Battery
Connect the supplied micro USB cable into the camera’s micro USB port into a wall adaptor, car charger or computer USB 2.0 port. The camera will turn on, the Charging Light will emit a blue light while charging and will turn off when charging is complete.
Note: the Indicator Light will remain on if the Action Camera is on. When plugged into a power source that isn't a computer, the camera will automatically start recording.
Installing And RemovingThe Micro SD Card
1. Make sure the camera is off when inserting or removing the micro SD card.
2. Insert the memory card in the correct direction (the gold contacts on the SD card should face the front of the camera) into the Micro SD card slot. Damaged or lost data may occur if installed incorrectly.
3. To remove the micro SD card, using your fingernail, press down on the card until it clicks. It will now pop up out of the camera.
Turning The Camera ON/OFFTURNING ON THE CAMERA• Press the Power/Mode button, after 4 seconds the Screen
will display the start-up screen and a sound is heard. The Indicator Light will show red.
TURNING OFF THE CAMERA• Press and hold the Power/Mode button for 4 Seconds
until the Screen displays the Adventure Kings Logo and a sound is heard. The screen will go blank and the Indicator Light will turn off.
• After 3 minutes (default) of inactivity, the camera will shut down automatically, conserving battery life.

Capture/Playback ModesOnce the camera is switched on, the default capture mode is video. To change the mode, press the Power/Mode button to cycle through the modes.
They will display in the following order:VIDEO | LOOP RECORD | PHOTO | PLAYBACK

Loop Record Record videos continuously for a pre-set duration
Photo Capture photo
Playback Video, Loop Record and Photo Playback
Settings Mode and camera settings
To access the setting menu, first be in Video, Loop Record or Photo Mode and then press the Down button on the side of the camera. This will bring up the corresponding modes settings and the camera settings.(Press the OK-button when no mode settings are highlighted)

Video Mode
TO START RECORDING1. Once the camera is switched on it will default to the video recording screen.2. Press the OK-button to start the recording, the Indicator Light will illuminate, flashing on
and off and will emit a short beep to indicate the camera is recording.
TO STOP RECORDING 1. Press the OK-button again to stop the recording, there will be a short beep and the Indicator
Light will stop flashing. Note: When the battery is drained, the recording will cease automatically, and the camera will switch off.
Loop RecordThis cyclic record feature is usually used when the camera records something endlessly for a long period of time. It will record videos continuously for a pre-set duration (1, 3 & 5 Minutes) overwriting the oldest data on the memory card. 1. To start loop recording select the Loop Record Mode on the camera, Press the Power/Mode
button until selected. 2. Press the OK-button to start recording, A short beep and the Indicator Light will start to
flash red, indicating the camera is recording. 3. To stop recording, press the OK-button again. A short beep will sound, and the Indicator
Light will stop flashing. Note: When the storage is full, the camera will delete the oldest video clip and start another clip.
Photo Mode• Select the photo mode by pressing the Power/Mode button until the correct mode is
selected. • Press the OK-button. The camera will produce a short beep and a shutter sound.
Playback ModeTo view your videos and photos make sure the camera is in the Playback mode by pressing the Power/Mode button repeatedly until mode correctly selected. • Choose between Video, Loop Rec or Photo by pressing the Up or Down buttons on the side
of the camera. Use the OK-button to select which media you would like to view. • Use the Up and Down buttons to scroll through the videos or photos. Press the OK-button
to review a video. • To return, press the Power/Mode button.

Camera Settings
Depending on which media mode your camera is currently in will depend on which settings will be selected. e.g. if you are in the Video Mode and select settings, the video settings will pop up. Whereas if you were in the Photo Mode and selected settings the photo settings will appear.
• To select the settings menu, once in a capture mode screen, press the Down button to enter the Setting menu.
• Press the OK-button to swap between the mode settings and the camera settings.
• To scroll through the sub-menu options, press the Up and Down buttons.
• To select/change one of the sub-menu setting options, press the OK-button.
• Once the menu option has been changed you will return to the main setting menu.
• To go back or exit the Settings menu, press the Power/Mode button.

Transferring Files To A Computer
1. Turn the camera ON and connect to a PC or MAC’s USB 2.0 port via the supplied micro USB cable. The camera screen will display a connecting screen.
2. Your captured videos and images will be accessible from your computer. Note: Alternatively, you can remove the Micro SD Card from the camera and insert the card into a card reader.

1. To fit and test Waterproof Housing:
2. Release the secure clasp of the Waterproof Housing
3. Inspect the rubberised seal to be sure it’s in good condition.
4. Test the integrity of the seal by closing the waterproof housing without inserting the camera. Submerse the waterproof housing completely in water for about a minute.
5. Remove the housing from the water, dry and then open.
6. If the whole interior is dry, the housing is safe for underwater use.
Due to possible user resealing error, this product is not covered under warranty against Waterproof Housing leakage or any resulting damage. Please review and follow the instructions carefully when sealing the Waterproof Housing.

WARRANTY PERIOD:
Full 12 month warranty from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers:
a. Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as described in authorised advertising or literature.
b. We will either repair or replace the product at our discretion providing that the fault is found to have been caused by a design or manufacturing defect and not misuse or tampering.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits provided to you as the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
a. Any damage resulting from improper use
b. Faulty installation or modification made during installation
c. The cost of removing and reinstalling the product
d. Travel and /or other expenses due to customer’s remote location
e. Transport charges and damage in transit. It is your responsibility to deliver and pick up your product, including any costs associated with the postage of your repair or replacement product. If you do freight your product we recommend that you insure against loss or damage.
f. Any loss directly or indirectly associated with the product failing to operate.
g. Damage caused by mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, accidents
and fair wear and tear
