CERAPEM characteristics

CERAPEM is a ionic conductive membrane which conduct any kind of Anions and Cations: 

HO3+, Na+, Ca++, Mg++ …, OH‐, Cl‐, F‐…

CERAPEM membrane has a high conductivity: 

2x10‐1S/cm

CERAPEM is designed for hydrogen electrolyzer and is not sensitive to any impurities

CERAPEM is designed  to work in a various pH environment: 

pH = 0 to 14

CERAPEM is designed for the 0 gap design cell.

Catalyst deposition on CERAPEM is quite easy and fast

The PowerStack™ Module on train

This is a current engineering development project following a lengthy R&D cycle.

Power stacks™ are standardized and scalable CeramHyd standard products.

In the Actual Power Stack each Power Stack module is 0,25MW and five in a train consist of 1MW.  

In the ongoing development each Power Stack module is 1MW and five in a train consist of 5MW.The largest PEM electrolyzer on the market.

“Lego Kit” design:  all components are standardized and are building blocks from 250Kw to 5Mw Low direct labor and clearly defined production capacity requirements

Fast assembly on site, Simple operation.  Simple maintenance.  No complex management or installation.

Client can easily expand capacity in retrofits
