Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for 1 st, 3rd and 5th SemesterExaminations (Regular and Supplementary) of M.B.A. (3rd Semester), M.C.A. (3rd and 5thSemesters) and M.B.A. (Hospital Admn.) (1st and 3rd Semesters) courses of AcharyaNagarjuna University for the academic year 2011-2012 to be commenced from 03-12-2011and 05-12-2011 respectively:

The following is the schedule of dates for the payment of examination fee and receiptof filled in applications:

1. Last date for payment of examination fee and submission of examinationapplications of 3rd Sem. M.B.A., 3rd & 5th sem. M.C.A and 1st 3rd sem.M.B.A. (HA) 16.11.2011

2. Last date for payment of examination fee with late fee of Rs. 100/- 19.11.2011

3. Last date for submission of gallies (CDs) for MBA 3rd Sem., MCA 3rd & 5thand 1st &3rd Sem. of M.B.A. (HA) semester students to the office of theC.E., A.N.U. 22-11-2011

4. Commencement of 3rd semester MBA, 3rd Semester MCA

and 3rd Semester of MBA (HA) examinations 03-12-2011

5. Commencement of 5th Semester MCA Examinations 05-12-2011

6. Commencement of 1st Semester MBA (HA) Examinations 05-12-2011

Consolidated Online Challan for each course have to be taken by the Principals ofthe Colleges on or before 19-11-2011.

Note: The above fee schedule is not applicable to the 1st year 1st semester students

admitted during 2011-12 for the colleges located in Krishna District.

The Principals are requested to send a certified copy of the list of candidates (course-wise) issued by the Convener, ANUCET as the case may be along with the gallies forscrutiny and No Dues Certificate obtain from the Affiliation Section, A.N.U. They are alsorequested to prepare gallies with the names approved by the Convener only along withattendance statement.

All 1st Semester supplementary gallies should submit separately along with 1stSemester Regular gallies only. If 1st Semester supplementary candidates gallies including in3rd Semester galllies they will be rejected.

The Principals of all affiliated colleges, ANU area, all Heads/Co-ordinators ofDepartments of ANU Colleges and Special Officers of ANU Campuses at Nuzvid andOngole are requested to forward three copies of gallies containing name of the candidate

with Parent name, Regd.No., appearing subjects with titles, date and amount of fee paid and1st page of examination application forms to the Controller of Exams., A.N.U., so as to reachthis office for 1st Semester and 3rd Semester on or before 22-11-2011. If submit after duedate, examinations will not be conducted to your college. This is for information, andprompt action.

Internal Assessment marks should sent by the Principals before commencement oftheory examinations and Practical marks should sent immediately after completion of thePractical examinations to the Controller of Examinations, A.N.U.

The hall-tickets shall be issued to the candidates only after verifying their eligibilityin all respects, and ensure that they are not under disqualification for suspected malpractice

or any of those sorts.
