Process Payroll (in the Command Centre)

Insert the Payment Date.

Insert the Pay Period dates.

Edit each employee:

– Normal hours, overtime hours, time off.

Check all deductions are Negatives.

Process the pay run.

If there is a difference:

– Check the gross pay.

Wrong base rate or overtime hours.

– Check the deductions.

All present, all negative.

If all correct, click Record.
