F. Screen Front of House a. 3 ft. high edible shrub b. Allow access to steep bank

G. Well defined walkways a. All side and rear walkways in matching material b. Minimum 2 ft. wide

H. Screen Propane Tank a. 6 ft. high b. Access door for refueling and replacement

I. Inviting Entertainment Space Near House a. Remove east deck rail b. Adjoin patio to existing deck

J. Remove Failing Retaining Wall a. Add terraced garden beds
