If several bids of the same amount have been made in writing for one and the same auction item, acceptance will be given to the bid which arrived first if a higher bid does not exist or has not been made.

Specific notification after the auction will only be given if the bid made in writing has been awarded.

The items shall be indicated with their number and title. In case of doubt, the catalogue number shall apply, any uncertainties, including those related to transmission, shall be at the bidder’s expense.

This form shall be completed without any doubt or omission and signed and shall have been received by the auction house by post, fax or email in the evening before the auction.

Any changes or cancellations shall have been received by the auction house no less than 24 hours before the auction begins.

No guarantee shall be assumed for the handling of bids, except in the event of intent or gross negligence.

Furthermore, the information provided in the applicable catalogue and during the auction and the terms and conditions of auction of the auction house, which are displayed in the auction house, printed in the catalogue and published on the website of the auction house under www.hampel-auctions.com, shall apply.
