One of the Oldest Books on Earth
- still answering
Todays Big Questions
Begun about 3500 years ago and completed in about AD 90, the Bible is unique. No other book has predicted the future of the nations in general, and Israel in particular, with such astonishing accuracy and authority as the Bible, to the extent that we can virtually pinpoint where we are today in the unfolding of Gods plan for the Earth. Only the Bible clearly tells us how the current turmoil in the Middle East will end and how the perplexing problems of our day will be solved once and for all. Only the Bible really has the answers to todays problems of oppression, global catastrophe, suffering and death.
Come to The Bible for Today exhibition and be amazed with what is contained in one of the oldest books on Earth.

Unite to FightLitter
Posters now displayed in foodand drinks outlets in town, tomake people aware of the 80fine imposed on litter louts inThetford, have been designed byThetford Youth Council, addingtheir ideas to those of theThetford Litter Campaign.
The posters are part of ongoingwork by Thetford LitterCampaign, Thetford Police andBreckland District Council tocombat littering, and this timetarget disgarded take-away foodand drinks.
Margaret Ince, of the ThetfordLitter Campaign, says TheThetford Youth Council membersare young people who respect
their environment and have pride in their Thetford. Let us hope that their goodexample will make residents of all ages think twice before dropping any type ofrubbish on the ground.
