An up to date PRIMAR ENC User Certificate ser-vice is available through the PRIMAR web-portal and allows for the relevant PRIMAR ENC User Certificate and attachment to be printed out in a pdf format.

The PRIMAR ENC User Certificate can be accessed by all PRIMAR distributors and their end-users directly via the PRIMAR portal web-interface and can be generated as a PDF.

PRIMAR DistributorsHow to get access? - Log in to the PRIMAR portal → go to My Page → choose PRIMAR ENC User Certificate → search for the licensee.

How to inform your end-user? - The relevant PRIMAR ENC User Certificate and attachment can be downloaded and sent as an e-mail attachment to your end-user. - Access to the service can also be given to the end-user directly, by sending the web link received when ordering ENCs to a licensee.
