My very first job in the auto industry

involved working with special

finance customers. During my time in

this position, I realized I was blessed

with a unique ability to connect

with all types of customers….rich,

poor, good credit, bad credit, men,

women, all generations.

Score the deal. Win the sale. We are all in this to make

money. The easiest way to accomplish this task is to

make a friend out of every customer. Customers are

willing to pay more for an excellent customer experience.

After getting my feet wet in the world of special finance, I moved into a

position as salesperson. I quickly realized that a large percentage of car

shoppers preferred a female salesperson – and I was just the person for

that job.

Within a short amount of time, my talent and commitment to excellence

became evident and I was promoted to Internet Sales Manager. In this

new position, I realized I could make a bigger difference by formulating

a plan to assist and guide the female car buyer. As a result, the Queen of

Cars, was born.

influence they have in regard to household decisions, it’s a

smart move for automotive businesses to cater to their needs

and connect with them. By being attentive and responsive to

female consumers, businesses will see an increase in CSI ratings,

As the Queen of Cars, I developed a website, www.queenofcars.us,

where women can gain valuable information to help them with

automotive researching, shopping and the buying process. I also

began to utilize various modes of media to get my message out and

connect with women everywhere: website, Facebook, Twitter, Google+

and YouTube.

After working with various dealerships in North/Central Alabama with

respect to Internet Sales, Social Media and Reputation Management, I

decided to expand my reach once again. I accepted a position as

Regional Manager at AskPatty.com, a company dedicated to training,

advertising and marketing for automotive dealerships and tire, lube and

service centers. By joining the AskPatty team I was able to continue my

efforts in assisting and educating dealerships about the female car

buyer, but on a much larger scale.
