About Institute The Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT) is the first Engineering College in India established by a Para Military Force. The Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT) has been set up with the objective of giving an opportunity to the children of serving BSF personnel as well as for those who have laid down their lives in service to the nation. The Institute is named after the founding father of Border Security Force Padma Vibhushan Late K.F. Rustamji. The Institute campus is self-contained with all the basic facilities for all round development of students’ personality.

Editor-in-Chief’s Message Dear Readers,
I consider it a privilege to mention that,
RJIT students not only excelling in academics but
gaining new height in all the fields. Recently, RJIT
Team got 3rd prize in World Robotics Competition-
Technicion-2017, organized by Department of
Science & Technology, Govt. of India in association
with All India Council of Robotics Automation.
This is a tremendous achievement on the part of team & RJIT as well.
Further, our 21 faculty members of various departments were
received SRIJAN-2017 Excellent Teacher award for outstanding academic
results in RGPV examinations.
The performance of Final year students of all courses was
excellent during the RGPV examination. The Institute scores 100% result
in final year.
I am confident that our students and faculty will bring the more
laurels to the institute in the coming time.

News Spurs News @ FACULTY The Counselling & Admission in BE courses is scheduled on 12th July 2017 for the wards of BSF and other Central
Armed Para-Military Force personnel. The admission will be given by the merit prepared by Institute based on JEE Score.
The admission for MP Quota started through the counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh.

News @ STUDENTS Students of B.E. Electrical Engineering Second Year participated in World Robotics Competition and secured 3rd
position. The competition was held at Indra Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi under the collaboration of Department of Science & Technology (GOI) and All India Council of Robotics Automation (AICRA) Statutory body of Ministry
of Skill Development. The RJIT Team consisting students of B.E. Automobile Engineering participated in Formula-1 Racing Event at Buddha International Circuit, New Delhi. The students of Department of Computer Science & Information Technology organized International Programming Contest Bit Mask: Quest for the Next Code Master on May 05, 2017 from 1600hrs-
2100hrs IST under their RJITGeek club. Total 191 participations were recorded from national and international users.
Students celebrated Environment Day under the Science Club. Various competitions and events organized during the celebration.

Events & Activities The Board of Governors meeting was conducted on 5th April 2017 at FHQ, New Delhi.
The NSS unit organized a special lecture on “Traffic Rules” on 26th May 2017 to aware RJITstudents about traffic rules. The Science Quiz organized under the Science Day Celebration in
April 2017. Students participated with enthusiasm and given Principal’s
Appreciation for winner and runner teams.

ACHIEVEMENTS India Today covers the Institute in Special Issue based on Best Engineering Colleges of India in May.
The result of B.E. Final Year Semester of all branches in RGPV examinations was 100%.
News @ ACADEMICS The RGPV June 2017 End Semester examination are commencing successfully. The Classes for next academic
year will start from 31st July for Final Year and 08 August for First Year to Third Year.
