7.Communications Plan

IntroductionThe communication plan details all the communication necessary to keep key stakeholders informed at the correct level.

Reporting RequirementsThe project reporting requirements and deliverables are outlined in the Deliverables Matrix (Appendix A1.3) which details at which stage an element is to be produced, reviewed or updated.

8.Quality Plan

Quality StandardsRefer to the NRA Project Management Guidelines, the NRA Cost Management Manual, the NRA Project Appraisal Guidelines, the NRA Construction Contract Administration Manual and the NRA Environmental Assessment & Construction Guidelines. Insert hereunder any additional details of quality assurance systems in place to guarantee quality of deliverables, both in-house and from service providers (e.g. International QA accreditation, relevant qualifications, competence and training of project team etc.)
