What would a typical day in the life of a serviceman have been like

in 1942?

Life as a serviceman in Darwin during World War II would have been very different to life for Australian Defence Force personnel in Darwin today. Take an excursion to some of the Military Heritage Sites around Darwin and/or visit the Defence of Darwin Expeuncover what life would have been like for those serving their country in and around 1942. An excursion including 17 ½ mile camp, Explosives Store for example would take approximately half a day andinsight into a soldier’s life during World War II.
