Passage to memorizePsalm 86: 9-12

Teach me your way O Lord, and I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart,

that I may fear your name. I will praise you o Lord my God with all my heart; I will glorify

your name forever.



Compassion Solomon 5: 1- 6: 13

• Leaders must relate to their people from the soul, not merely by protocol.

• When dealing with yourself, use your head.

• When dealing with others use your hearth.



One mark of genuine spiritual

greatness is compassion.



This is what makes a godly leader great

Clear and firm leadership, yet a compassionate heart as

intercessor.



Jeremiah’s compassionLamentations 2:20

He teaches us while people may reject your messages and oppose

your arguments, they remain helpless against your prayers.



Put more value on peopleWhen all is said and done,

leadership isn’t about strategy, marketing, organisation, efficiency, or high quality products, but about

people.



The Micah example: Micah 1:1-9

• People are the organisations most appreciable asset.

• People skills are a leader's most important asset.

• If you are good with people, you can lead in a variety of contexts.



You can have people skills and not be good leader, but you cannot be a good leader

without people skills.



Jesus build a deep love for people. Love that moves them to do far more than obligation

could ever induce. Mark 6: 34

Do you deeply love those you lead?





Prayer Focus• Father, In the name of Jesus, I

surrender myself to walk in the Word. Your word living in me produces the Life in this world.

• The word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. It makes my way plain before me.

• I boldly and confidently say that my heart is fixed and established on the solid foundation – the Living Word of God! Amen

• But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it - he will be blessed in what he does.” (NIV)
