PRE FACE

ICEF 2019, as an entry point for developing a global cooperative business in Indonesia as a trading partner for Indonesian export products and opening a network to enter the Indonesian market

Why Joining ICEF 2019 :

Currently,In the era of free trade, countries in Southeast Asia become a favourites selection for global investors to develop their business, and Indonesia is a country in Southeast Asia that has many oppor-tunities for investment, either trade Cooperation or Investment Cooperation in a variety of industries.

ABOUT INDONESIA: In the era of open Government, making of Indonesia as a strategic partner for global investor to expand its business to Southeast Asia. Indonesia is the largest country in Southeast Asia, with a popu-lation approximately 260 million peoples making it number fourth in the world and the biggest market in Southeast Asia. In the last 5 years, the Indonesian government has built the infrastructure in various fields, in order to suppress the cost of logistic goods cross the cities and provinces in Indonesia, and make an effort to support the incoming foreign investment to Indonesia, with the aim to achieve equitabe economic development in various provinces in Indonesia. Indonesia has 34 provincials, 430 regencies and 93 cities, that has 17000 islands. The Indonesia Cooperative Council (DEKOPIN), would like to invite the industry cooperative Asia Pacific and global to develop it’s business to Indonesia through the Trade and Investment Cooperation with the Industrial Cooperatives in Indonesia (Coop to Coop). INTERNATIONAL COOPERATIVE EXPO & FORUM (ICEF2019), is the Business Forum between Indonesia Cooperative Industries and Global Coopera-tive Industries iniated by DEKOPIN.
