Utilizing 8D Problem Solving can help you to meet customer requirements, meet ISO QMS requirements, and assist to create a unified, structured process to solving critical customer concerns.
This technique is commonly associated to the automotive industry because of customer specific requirements. It is practicable for use, everywhere.
Our training course includes a problem solving workshop that is built around a current, in-house problem at your facility and complements the fictitious problem included in the course book. Working on an actual problem from with your facility helps expedite the association of the 8D process, expedites the learning process for your team members and will improve the value of the course by moving away from the theoretical and book based learning to a hands-on, real life scenario that your team can relate to their everyday workplace environment. Please note that it is not likely the problem will actually be solved in one day but the 8D problem solving techniques will be deployed to help kick start the problem solving routine for your facility after we leave the classroom. The classroom workshop will conclude with solving the problem that exists in the workbooks. Students leave with practical, hands-on experience.
