This technique is commonly associated to the automotive industry because of customer specific requirements. It is practicable for use, everywhere. Our training course includes a problem solving workshop that is built around a current, in-house problem at your facility and complements the fictitious problem included in the course book. Working on an actual problem from with your facility helps expedite the association of the 8D process, expedites the learning process for your team members and will improve the value of the course by moving away from the theoretical and book based learning to a hands- on, real life scenario that your team can relate to their everyday workplace environment.
