TASK PROCEDURES.
1.
Teacher asks the pupils about their previous knowledge.
a)
Do you remember what we have learnt yesterday?
2.
Pupils recall the lesson that they have learnt.
3.
Teacher pastes a few phrase strips on the board. Then, teacher
asks the pupils to read the
phrase strips as a whole
4.
Eg : was running.were chirping
5.
Then, teacher pastes pictures on the board.( APPENDIX 7)
Eg: picture of a person smiling.
6.
Teacher shows how to match a picture and a phrase strip.
7.
Teacher calls a pupil to demonstrate with guidance.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT.
1.
Teacher divides the pupils to several groups. Each group will
get 5 pictures and 5 phrase strips.
2.
The pupils will have to match the pictures to the phrase
strips.
3.
The group that finish early will then paste their task on the
board.
REWARD SYSTEM.
1.
If they get all correct , teacher gives stickers to all the
group members.
