SANTIAGO serie has a full range of wall- and floor-based cabinets. De-signed to meet the needs of facilities at various levels from the most complex to the most common, the Santiago range has a great esthetic profile that allows adaptation to more specific installations, the most common home environment where often the impact of technology does not allow excellent cosmetic result to finish with the artistic circles and / or museum where by varying the color adjustment is extremely easy. The Santiago range comes fully assembled, but the user can enjoy a com-plete removability with a few tools. In addition, you can request any ar-ticle in the series Santiago also completely dismounted in small format packaging in response to the frequent difficulty of bringing the cupboard or in the framework installed sites, tricky to install itself.

The serie SANTIAGO floor-based has a structure designed to be robust

and versatile. To create a cabinet Santiago we employ three different

types of plates, 12/10, 15/10 and 30/10 of a millimeter. The cabinet co-

mes complete with everything needed for its implementation, front door

glass 4 mm according to UNI 7142 and lock handle with key impression.

Three blank side panels, a rear and two side panels, each featuring a key

lock on the fourth lap trays and lateral bracing for safe removal of the

wall. Socket completely inspected complete with adjustable feet level.

Two pillars on all measures except for 1000, which provide deep versions

of series 4 uprights interior.

The serie Santiago Composed was born from the historical need those to

have a wardrobe versatile, easy to assemble and disassemble, easy to

transport and esthetically appealing. The result was a serie of cabinets

to the floor Composed Santiago. Delivered completely dismantled in

packaging “Triplex” easy to store and handle, or mounted in packaging

classic. However, the key feature of the cabinet is not the ease of

assembly, although this makes it quite unique since it is necessary to

assemble 8 M10, in fact the most important feature lies in its robustness,

because the cabinet has a design study aimed at the structural scale of

the cabinet along with an appearance made in Italy.

GENERAL FEATURES

The line Open Frame offers a high-density cabling system offering the

ability to minimize the sweep of the area dedicated to networking. The

ability to manage input and output cables through the side supports

allows you to use to a minimum horizontal cable management panels,

thus minimizing the angles of curvature of the cables. The combs are

made of metal to have a longer range and more secure. The comb was

drawn a bit of restraint in order to avoid unwanted sliping off cables

especially in situations where the amount of cables provides

a superposition of them. On the body are made of vertical

wireway hole preparation for cones that are applied to joint

management by avoiding delays in the processing and

especially to facilitate the application and removal device.

LIMA series offers a complete range of wall and floor-based cabinets of a basic

design but of a very strong structure. The cabinet consists of 4 side elements,

15/10 thick, plus an additional socket to 20/10, reinforced in the front side that

is applied to the versions from 38 units up, in order to increase the tightness of

the enclosure case of heavy loads. The front door is a special accessory, the es-

thetic line up the style and the characteristic curved line 4EMME. The customer

can order the cabinet with or without the door adding the letter P at the end of

the code. Available in assembled and disassembled versions. On the request

the cabinet can be completely sealed, thus increasing its strength and resistan-

ce to heavy loads.

meeting the need of an esthetically pleasing wall-based cabinet, with a

range of important data from the central structure directly on the wall.

The cabinet arrives completely assembled, but can also be supplied in

flat pack format Easy to assemble and disassemble no screws and is easy

to check, once mounted on each side. Side panels, roof and floor and

removable rear panel are in fact even after the application to the wall.

It is possible to order the cabinet without the posterior wall, it may be

requested by adding an S at the end of the code.

The new line of optical patch panel 4Emme of Cartago was established

with the purpose of carrying out completely different installation re-

quirements in this specific field of application. Depth 250mm, made of

sheet steel tray IT offers a particularly wide and comfortable BASE for

inventory management of fiber. Possibility to use two cards at once came

to the door up to 48 fibers at a height of 1 rack unit. Each panel is equip-

ped with dual system of identification, with consecutive numbering AND

white slip TO write. The characteristic of these shelves is its strength and

versatility. The front bushes front door can be removed and replaced by

the extraction of three M3 screws. On either side there are two snap clips

to block the structure and the tray can be opened for the extraction of

the sliding center tray. Available in vacuum and pre-loaded with all types

The line Perlas is the last serie of patch panels MADE BY 4EMME. Made

entirely of aluminum IT is extremely light and versatile. The extraction

system of the tank is made by two telescopic DRIVERS on the sides of the

The line of patch panels ICA was founded with the purpose of carrying

out operational issues in environments where THERE IS A DANGER OF

the rats. This particular line has been created to meet a particular need

for security. The line ICA is in fact the line of patch panels 4emme “anti

rat”. Completely reinforced in each side of the tray provides the ability to

obtain the slots for inserting the cable through the points of knockouts.

The ICA line is this line from the tray not removable. It has a large tray for

the management of the supply of fiber, and a little support to the straps

on the front panel output.

THE ORIGINSThe story begins in 1977 when 4EMME Paolo and Aldo Mattiazzi founded C.AR.MET. SNC, a company specializing in the elaboration of light carpentry

From then on the experience in that field, combined with the growing market of metal-working, gave way to the founders of

Carmet to develop strongly the use of machine tools and more and more modern equipment for cutting, folding and processing in

general light sheet metal and components required to create finished products.

There are functional drawing of the finished product and in the care of the esthetic look that has always been the prerogative of

Carmet, that the same Mr. Matthes emphasizes the originality of the company “ There are care and repeatability of the details

that identify our brand.”

Originally working in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, the Carmet has had the chance to cooperate with partners

worldwide, both regarding the air conditioners for public use, as the air-conditioners and refrigerators for industrial use. In the

area in which the flexibility and the great ability to customize various operating divisions, has given a great boost not only to

capacity to produce but also to the professional growth of the various production departments.

In the late nineties, foresight of the Mattiazzi family has seen in the world of networking a new challenge to be undertaken with

the experience and the weapons that the time granted to the initiative and desire to grow.

That’s how the 4EMME Srl located a few kilometers away from the mother company and specializes in making racks and cabinets.

About ten years after its founding today, 4EMME produces ten product lines very similar esthetically but with very different

functional characteristics in response to needs expressed in different years and especially in order to satisfy the application

problems discussed with designers, installers, highly professional distributors.

With great satisfaction of the first founders who chose to leave for their children the daunting task of promoting the quality that distinguishes the company brand by continuing to deal with purely productive fields that over the years through experience have brought success to the company.

Today the group covers an area of more than 5000 square meters, ISO 9001 and equipped with oven coating, folding, automatic and semi-automatic punch, automatic loading and unloading, two assembly departments and laser cutting.
