Registration DeadlineRegistration closes Tuesday, Aug. 30 and payment must be received no later than Friday, Aug. 19. An additional $50 will be charged for registrations received after Friday, Aug. 19.
Please note both conferences require separate registration and a separate fee.
Cancellation PolicyThe deadline for conference cancellations is Tuesday, Aug. 30. Cancellations must be e-mailed to [email protected] by that date. “No shows” will not be refunded. Those registered are entitled to send substitutes in their place.
Hotel Information Hotel Reservations The ASBA room block at the Camelback Inn is sold out. Overflow accommodations have been secured at the Omni Monte Lucia Resort. The room rate is $159 (single/double). Reservations may be made by calling Omni Reservations at 888-627-3010. In order to receive the conference rate, please make sure to mention the Arizona School Boards Association Law Conference.
Cancellation Policy Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. To be fair to all concerned, we request that our members only reserve those hotel rooms that will indeed be used. We appreciate your cooperation. This will provide as many attendees as possible a chance to enjoy the convenience of staying at the overflow hotel.

Pre-Law Conference Registration FeeRegistration is $225/person. The fee includes a full day of pre-law conference sessions, all meals as noted on the agenda, online materials and free conference Wi-Fi. Non-member registration fee is $450/person. Registration for the Law Conference is not required to register for the pre-conference.
