This week we will sound out and sort words with long o and short o sounds. We will make and confirm predictions in our reading. Words ending in –s and –es will be practiced. We will read My Name Is Yoon in class this week. It’s about a Korean girl who comes to America and doesn’t speak English.
DON’T FORGET
Spelling Packet due Friday.
WRITING
This week we will finish and present our Personal Narratives. We will also work on combining subjects and predicates as well as tackle when and how to use quotation marks.
