Eighteen Westmoreland County high school administrators are invited to nominate three senior students from their school who have demonstrated excellence and artistic merit in the areas of music, theatre, and visual art.Westmoreland Cultural Trust is proud to honor the artistic talents of Westmoreland County high school seniors at this annual event. We would also like to recognize the teachers who have taken an active role in nurturing and supporting their students’ artistic abilities by providing guidance and instruction, and the student’s families for encouraging them to pursue their passion and talent.
