2018 Prom information and agenda: Prom April 28, Beauty and the Beast

PROM TICKETS: Prom tickets will go on sale April 2-6 online at https://waconia.revtrak.net/Waconia-HS-Prom-Tickets#/v/HS-Prom-Tickets-340 If you are buying two tickets, you will need to buy each ticket separately. When filling out the information please make sure to put the student name with correct spelling in the lines provided. Ticket price is $75.00 per person, that price includes everything for the entire evening. The following week April 10th-13th, students will be able to pick out their dinner seating chart in the front lobby of the High school from 7:30-8:00am. Please make sure you report in and pick your dinner seat, get your ticket, and your picture order form, this is also where Mrs. Riesgraf will know who is going as couples/friends for the grand march. Prom Agenda: 4:15 Doors open to the Auditorium. When space is filled, overfill will be in the gymnasium. 4-6:00 Pictures by Lynn Laumann, Lynn will have a photo shoot area set up in the front lobby of the WHS, all prom goers will need to bring in their white envelope forms with them. Forms will be handed out the week of April 10-13. 5:00 Grand March 6:15 Load busses, and depart from WHS 6:45 Dinner at Medina Entertainment center 7:00-10:30 Dance, Photo booth, and bowling at Medina- At 10:00 students can change into comfy clothes for our Post Prom Party. 10:30 Depart from Medina and head to the MOA for our WHS post prom party 11:00-2:00 Rides, Ropes Course, Food at the MOA –if you care to have caribou you will need to bring your own money. 2:15 Departure from the MOA 3:00 Arrive at WHS- Doors will remain locked, students are released to go home. ~If items are lost or left behind, we will have a lost and found Monday morning in the front lobby.
