Hi Terry, Once again, you wowed everyone at CanFitPro in Montreal. This is the 4th year that I have attended your workshops in Montreal and I must say that I truly enjoy them. You have single-handedly changed the way I eat (and the way my boyfriend eats). After 4 years of attending your workshops, I have incorporated the eating strategies that I learn in your workshops into my diet. This year, I incorporated manna bread as well as stevia (which help because I suffer from hypoglycemia).

I volunteer at Can Fit Pro Montreal every year and as result, I never really get a chance between workshops to tell you how much you have impacted my life and others lives as well (I am sure). I briefly spoke to you after Sharon Donaldson's workshop as I was running out the door to head to another room, but I believe you deserve much more praise than I was able to give you.

Your spirit and your knowledge are inspirational. You have opened my eyes to the power of healthy eating (and the power of negative thoughts "Delete button").
