Cannon Video Camera Video cameras have the potential to be an essential tool in today’s interactive education. A camera in the classroom will provide our teachers with new and exciting ways to engage the attention of our students. Furthermore, video cameras will enable teachers to give and receive peer reviews and complete self-evaluations, thus leading to an improvement in the quality of education that our students will receive.

Bretford Mobility Cart for 20 Macbooks The Bretford Mobility Cart for MacBook has been designed to better serve Nashoba Brooks’ digital learning environment. The Mobility Cart 20 for MacBook allows the School to store, secure, charge, and transport any combination of MacBook Air or MacBook Pro notebook computers in or outside our classrooms.

Varsity Larcrose and Field Hockey UniformsThe Nashoba Brooks lacrosse and field hockey teams are in need of new uniforms. This will allow the athletes to look their best at matches and show off their Nashoba Brooks pride.

9 Square In The Air Game For Gym Class9 Square In The Air is a cross between the playground game of 9 square and volleyball. This is an incredibly fun, fast paced and addicting game for all ages. It is great indoors or outside and is adjustable so students in the Lower School can have the same amount of fun as the students in the Middle School.

Tetherball For The Middle School PlaygroundTetherball is a timeless playground activity. Nashoba Brooks is looking to replace our old tetherball set with a new set that will bring students together to play and interact with each other. The ball mounts to the top of the post and is suspended by a cord. Students hit the ball in opposite directions until one of them coils the cord completely around the post.

Transportation for Students on Financial AssistanceA great start to the school day begins with a caring ride to Nashoba Brooks. Positively impact a student’s day by helping them get to and from school on a daily basis.

Student Field Trips Nashoba Brooks’ students participate in a variety of field trips throughout the year. Students learn quite a lot on these field trips. In particular, enriching field trips contribute to the development of students into civilized young people who possess more knowledge about art, have stronger critical-thinking skills, exhibit increased historical empathy, display higher levels of tolerance, and have a greater taste for consuming art and culture.

Professional Development For A Teacher This will allow our talented faculty to expand their knowledge base. High-quality teaching is vital for student success. This will allow Nashoba Brooks faculty to explore elements of effective professional development and leadership critical for growing and supporting great teachers. Faculty will receive formal training to upgrade content knowledge and pedagogical skills, which are important means of improving teaching and learning.

Buddy Bench for Playground Students who want to partake in playground games and activities, but may feel hesitant, can take a seat, which signifies to other children on the playground that they are looking for a friend. In an effort to provide a safe environment for all students, the buddy bench will create an inclusive atmosphere. The buddy bench will be a tool for kids to use to advocate for themselves, to always include others, and to promote a safe, respectful, and responsible environment for all children.

Outside Restoration ProjectThe restoration project will help bring the courtyard to life with beautiful new tree pits that will house trees, flowers, and most of all, love.
