IMMEX Inventory Controls Annex 24
Reviewed inventory controls against the rigorous Annex 24
requirements in support of their Mexican Maquila Program
identifying critical systemic concerns.
Devised improved methods to control ITAR vs. EAR parts and
tech data as well as improving documentation declarations
to Mexican authorities inducing inventory control accuracy.
Project duration: 10 days + ongoing assistance as needed.

Duty Drawback pre-audit support
Assisted a high volume poly-resin importer prepare for a US Customs Audit of their $13M annual Duty Drawback program.
Project involved the reconciliation of 5 years worth of drawback activity, showcase the client’s knowledge and reconstruct program controls. Client passed the audit with only minor blemishes.

Integration & Operational On-Site Support
Integrated as Trade Manager for three locations in Tijuana,
Mexico as the client separated from its Shelter Service
provider and integrated into a single location in a new
industrial park.
Involved in the development and implementation of Bonded
Manufacturing (IMMEX) procedures, process flows, training
and coordinating day to day transactions with Shelter
Operator and cross-border service providers. Project
duration: 7 mo. Total/2.5 mo. on-site support.
