Please carpool, or use Uber, Lyft or the “Dwight Shuttle” to get to the Station Inn –parking is limited. Dwight is available to shuttle people to/from the Station Inn; his cell is 619-977-4700. First shuttle will leave Parking Lot A (near Laskey) at 6:30 pm.

we suggest having the driver meet you in Scarritt-Bennett Parking Lot A, which is on 18 Ave.th

South, north of Edgehill and below Grand.

Easiest way to drive to the Station Inn: Turn right as you leave Laskey Parking Lot A, then lefton Edgehill. Turn left on 12 Ave. South. You come to a traffic light in The Gulch and go leftth

to stay on 12 Ave. Nearby restaurants also have valet parking – this is the recommendedth

method for parking; or there is a public lot about one block away (you’ll see it on your leftbefore reaching the Station Inn).

THURSDAY

3:00-5:00 pm: Registration - Laskey Lobby (closing at 5:00 pm). Not in Nashville yet? See Betty on Friday am,Fondren Lobby, to register. Merch table open until 5:30 pm –next to registration.On-Site Room Check-in - Laskey Lobby, at the wood counter to the left as you enter.

5:30pm: GET-ACQUAINTED DINNER, Susie Gray Dining Hall (optional, by pre-order only)

STATION INN:6:30 pm: Carpools /”Dwight shuttle” to Station Inn begin, from Parking Lot A by Laskey Bldg.

6:50 pm: Doors open, Station Inn. Be inside by 7pm to guarantee you will have a seat.

8:00 pm: Performance - Billy Cardine with RapidGrass, Mary Lucey and North of Too Far DownsYour name badge/lanyard is your ticket.

All night: After-hours jamming available, Fondren Hall, 2nd floor. Please do not jam in the

dorms. If Fondren is locked, the security guard will unlock it for you; reach him or her at 615-480-5150. Friends & family can participate in the jams, but only on non-dobro instruments.

FRIDAY

7:30 am: Breakfast, Susie Gray Dining Hall (for participants who ordered on-site meals) Complimentary coffee & tea for on-site guests, Laskey Lobby (6:30-9:00 am)

9:00 am: Opening Session (Welcome, Announcements, Faculty Introductions & Performances)
