All Sophomore housing is air-conditionedMost Sophomore Housing is Quad Style
Quad means two double rooms connected by a bathroom.
Half a quad means one double room with your roommate connected to another double room with two other roommates.
Sophomore Housing Lottery Timeline
February25th students access system and select sophomore meal plans.
March 5th Display of available housing and lottery times.
March 9th Students must finalize groups for lottery.March 10th rising sophomore housing
lottery 5-8pm. On-line process.

On the Home page, you can find the lottery
app.

Once the lottery is started and your times are generated, you will always see your count
down clock
All important lottery dates for this person are
always displayed
Roommate code and email box
Adding a Roommate/Creating a Group
Exchange roommate codes and one person, (leader), can
fill out this part and send invitations.
Adding a Roommate/Creating a GroupCopy of the email the requested roommate
receives.

It lists everyone’s names in both spots, but Michelle, is the
LEADER
Making Changes to Housing GroupGroup automatically gets best time of any member who joins, so
you can promote anyone to Leader.
The leader can also remove group members.
That person will receive a notification
If Liz had the best time, she takes that time with her.

To the left are filters to search by
building; to the right occupancy.
Room Selection
Blue: The group can select this quad.
White: This space has not been selected, but your group does not
match size
Clicking on a star adds a favorite. If you add a
favorite now, it will stay there until:
A: You Delete ItB: It gets Selected in the
Lottery
Room Selection
If you make a mistake, you will receive a detailed message.
