6:30p - Meet Gil at CKS* for an evening walk and light stretching,

followed by no-host dinner downtown.

Friday, July 17th

6:45a: Depart CKS* by car, drive and then walk to training location

7:15 - 8:30: Early morning training at a beautiful outdoor location

with Sensei Gil Hartl

10:00 - 11:45: Basic rolls, falls & take-downs (on mats) at CKS*

with Sensei Allan Heaton

Noon - 2:00p: Lunch (and JKA-NW Board Mtg, at Market of Choice)

2:00 - 3:30: Kihon training at CKS* with Sensei Skip Mathews

3:30 - 5:00: Kumite training at CKS* with Sensei Richard Hand

5:00 - 6:00: Relaxation technique/Cool-down/Stretch at CKS*

with Sensei Robert Ems

Saturday, July 18th
