Major use : Raw material for thinner. Solvent for cleaning.
Major use : Solvent for paint, rubber, metal cleaning and dry cleaning.
Major use : Solvent for paint, wash oil, printing ink, plasticizer.
Major use : Metal working fluid, Special printing ink.
Major use : Solvent for newspaper printing ink. Substitute product for base oil (2cSt).
Aliphatic solvents are paraffin-rich
hydrocarbon disti l lates extracted from
Naphtha, Kerosene and Gasoil .
Those products are used to dissolve or
transport other substances during
industrial processes.
Solvency, evaporation rate and
cleaning power depend on
aromatic contents,
disti l lation range
and flash point.
Applications
Techsol series are applied
extensively to the
production process of
paints, printing inks, dyes,
perfumes, furs, leathers and
agricultural chemicals as well
as cleaning.

Iso-Paraffin
GS Caltex Iso-Paraffin G/H/L/M are often used in metal working fluid formulations toreduce noise, dissipate pressure and friction, lubricate and carry away heat, flush and remove metal chips and dirt, and to protect from rust and moisture.
GS Caltex Iso-Paraffin G/H/L/M are particularly recommended for applications like: - Punching oil, Metal forming fluids, Evaporative oils and Electro discharge machining (EDM). - Rust preventing oils for which stability at low and high temperature is a key feature.
GS Caltex Iso-Paraffin G/H/L/M are often used in LDPE & EVA polymerization process, etc(Carriers for catalysts, PTFE dispersions).High purity (aromatic and sulfur free), low odor and non polar character make them particularly suitable for many polymerization processes.
GS Caltex Iso-Paraffin G/H/L/M with high purity have good characteristics without compromising safety, health and environmental standards. And they have properties as below.
- Odorless or mild - High purity and stability reduce oxygen , moisture and rust attack - Narrow boiling ranges for controlled drying rate - Low surface tension provides better fluid spreading on metal surfaces - Ultra low sulfur content confers non staining properties - Low pour points reduce risks of haze development in films at low temperatures - Low odor as well as ultra low aromatic content greatly improve workers’ comfort
